GREENVILLE, N.C. - The Greenville woman accused of driving drunk, flipping her car, and killing her passenger is scheduled to appear in court today.
21 year old Carla Atallah is charged with second-degree murder.
State Troopers say she was intoxicated and driving too fast when she flipped her car near DH Conley High School last August.
21 year old Ryan Worthington was ejected and killed.
Atallah has been out on bond since September.
