Driver in fatality near D.H. Conley expected in court Tuesday

Twenty-one-year-old Carla Atallah is charged with second-degree murder.

GREENVILLE - A woman accused of driving drunk, flipping her car, and killing her passenger is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

Twenty-one-year-old Carla Atallah is charged with second-degree murder. State troopers say she was intoxicated and driving too fast when she flipped her car near D.H. Conley High School last August.

Twenty-one-year-old Ryan Worthington was ejected and killed.

Atallah has been out on bond since September.
