It was National Residency Match Day today.

Graduating ECU medical students learned where they will spend the next few years as doctor's in training.

It started at noon in the auditorium at the Brody School of Medicine.

58 percent of ECU's med school graduates are going into primary care.

That's 65 total graduates.

Graduates normally complete three to seven years in a residency program before providing direct patient care.
