There may soon be some new guidelines for illegal immigrants attending North Carolina community colleges.

There may soon be some new guidelines for illegal immigrants attending North Carolina community colleges.
A state policy committee is considering amending the rules to allow undocumented aliens into school.
Under the new guidelines, students must have graduated from a high school and cannot receive federal financial help in the form of loans or grants. They would also be charged out-of-state tuition.
The full board meets tomorrow at 9 a.m.
