New Bern, N.C. - Two men face felony charges in connection with a kidnapping this morning.
New Bern police say Ian McClenny and Andrew Williams face kidnapping, felony conspiracy and other charges.
Police say the pair forced a victim into the car and drove him to several locations across Craven County, making him withdraw money from various ATM’s.
The victim jumped out of the moving vehicle and was able to call 911 from a nearby home. Both men are in jail under bond.
