KILL DEVIL HILLS, N.C. - Nine On Your Side's sister station's (WNCN-TV) Justin Moss is scouting out storm damage on the Outer Banks.
He tells wnct.com that water has flooded many beachside roads in Kill Devill Hills. He snapped this photo of a truck driving through the flooded streets.
