It happened in Pamlico County.
All 16 students are expected to be okay, but they certainly had quite a shake up this morning.
It happened along Highway 55 in the town of Reelsboro. A student was about to get on the bus when a semi-truck rear-ended the back of it.
That student said he saw the bus go forward 40 feet in just a second.
