LA GRANGE, N.C. - A maintenance worker has won his second $100,000 prize playing an N.C. Education Lottery instant game.
Andrey Griswold told lottery officials he was "shocked twice" when he made the discovery.
He won the top prize in the $100,000 Treasure Tree after he bought three $5 tickets at the Save Mart of Lenoir on Wooten Street.
Back in July, Griswold won another $100,000 top prize in the 10X the Money scratch-off game.
“I was shocked twice,” Griswold said. When he was asked if he felt lucky to win big twice, Griswold said, “No. Not luck. Blessed.”
He plans to put the $68,001 he won after taxes into savings.
