Greene County, NC - A local middle school devastated by the April tornadoes is still trying to fill its bookshelves and they need your help.

Greene County Middle school is still on the road to recovery after the April 16^th tornadoes. An estimated 70 to 80 percent of the building was destroyed, including textbooks and other school materials inside the building.

Now, the “Funds 4 Books” disaster relief program is asking for donations. 100-percent of money raised will go directly to the school. The relief program is part of “Mackin Educational Resources”
