ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. - Police say they've located a Rocky Mount man missing for nearly two months.
They say the located Eric Battle in New York City.
He was reported missing back on August 26th.
Police said at the time that family and friends had not had any contact with Battle since that time and had exhausted all leads looking for him.
