Onslow County Sheriff's Office investigating infant death

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. – Nine on Your Side has learned officials in Onslow County are investigating the death of an infant.

Onslow County deputies were called to a home around 1:30 a.m. The mother told deputies the infant was sleeping with her and her husband in their bed. When she woke up to feed the child she discovered the child was dead.
