SNOW HILL, N.C. (WNCT) - Police have a suspect in custody for armed robbery at a local Bojangles.

Arrested in the incident is 22-year-old Justin Tyson.

Authorities say they've yet to recover the weapon allegedly used in the incident.

They also say it's the second time this Bojangles has been hit. The call came in at 6:40 this morning.

Luckily, no one was injured.

Also this morning, we received several reports from viewers about police activity at a Bojangles in Kinston as well.

We checked and found no connection between the two incidents and, in fact, have since confirmed with police that an apparent suicide occurred in the fast food restaurant's parking lot early this morning.
