Troopers Investigating Cause Of Lenoir County Wreck

LENOIR COUNTY, N.C. - State troopers are investigating a fatal accident in Lenoir County. It happened Monday afternoon around 3:15. Deputies say 35-year-old Raymond Goff Junior was killed in the single car wreck. Goff was riding with two other passengers in a Dodge Dakota truck on Banks School Road near Kinston. That's when Goff lost control of the vehicle and it went off the road and into nearby woods. The two passengers were taken to Pitt Memorial Hospital. The cause of the has not been determined.
