Pasquotank deputies investigating Stop and Buy armed robbery

ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - Deputies need your help today in an armed robbery they're investigating.

The Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office says it happened Wednesday at the Stop and Buy on Main Street.

The suspect in the incident is described as a black male, approximately 35-40 years old, heavy set, approximately 5'10" to 6' tall, wearing a black hooded jacket and black pants.

Deputies say he was armed with a handgun and demanded money from the clerk.

Fortunately, there were no injuries in the incident.
