ORIENTAL, N.C. - Two men made an incredible find off the North Carolina coast this week.
The pair discovered a Civil War-era explosive Wednesday in the water near Oriental.
The device was about the size of a soft-drink bottle and weighed about five pounds.
It was handed over to a military bomb squad from Cherry Point.
