Businesses in the East Suffer From Game

»  Comments | Post a Comment

The madness of March came to an end with the two top teams squaring off for the championship. The Kansas Jayhawks took this year's national championship over Conference USA's Memphis Tigers. Everyone’s favorite, the North Carolina Tar Heels didn't make it to the finale.  And that's bad for more than just the fans. Some businesses in the east say they also suffered because of which teams were playing tonight.  Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenville looked busy with almost every table full. But employees were expecting a much bigger turn out.

"It hasn't been as busy as it would be if Carolina was playing but every table is pretty much full, there really hasn't been a wait at all," said Brittany Williams with Buffalo Wild Wings.
