ECU quarterback Rob Kass will have to wait one more month before he approaches the bench and it’s not the one on the field.
This morning, Kass appeared in court facing DWI charges.
You may remember, back in August, police arrested 20 year old Robert Kass charging him with a DWI after he blew a .19 on a breathalyzer test.
That's more than twice the legal limit.
Kass got out on a one thousand dollar bond.
Kass' court date is scheduled for February 4th.
