Brewers stop losing streak at six

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Braden Looper pitched six scoreless innings, Mike Cameron hit a two-run double and the Milwaukee Brewers beat Philadelphia 3-1.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Braden Looper pitched six scoreless innings, Mike Cameron hit a two-run double and the Milwaukee Brewers beat Philadelphia 3-1.
J.J. Hardy had a solo homer for the Brewers, who snapped a six-game losing streak against the Phillies in the regular season. Philadelphia beat Milwaukee 3-1 in a first-round playoff series last fall.
Looper (2-0) allowed five hits and walked two. Mark DiFelice and Carlos Villanueva each tossed a perfect inning and Todd Coffey pitched out of trouble in the ninth to earn his second save.
