Hi, I'm Storm Team 9 Meteorologist Scott Sumner. Tonight will certainly be the coldest night we have seen this winter season as a strong area of High Pressure stays off to our west. The winds ;however will be light, so any wind chill will be negligible. Overnight lows will drop into the middle and upper teens and the coast will drop into the lower and middle 20s. Some moderation in temps will occur on Friday as the High slides out to sea and a light southwest wind will be felt, bringing our daytime highs into the middle 40s. The warming trend continues into the upcoming weekend with highs on Saturday into the 50s and Sunday into the 60s. Our weather will be dry until we get to the middle of next week, when some showers may develop with the arrival of another front.
