Hi, I'm Storm Team 9 Meteorologist Scott Sumner. After seeing filtered sunshine during the afternoon, more clouds will move in from the west and give us a mostly cloudy evening with milder temperatures. Overnight lows will stay around 40 degrees and with that mild start to your Sunday, that will lead to yet another, even milder, day during Sunday afternoon. Highs should top out around the lower to middle 60s under a southwest wind at 5-10 mph and partly sunny skies. Monday and Tuesday, it will feel more like late autumn, than beginning of January, as the thermometer will crest in the lower to middle 70s! The extreme warmth will not stay long;however, as a front will pass through the East on Wednesday and cool us down, relatively speaking, into the lower 60s and also bring us a slight chance of seeing a few showers.
