Hello, I'm Storm Team 9 Chief Meteorologist Phillip Williams. It's been a while since anyone has needed an umbrella, but that could change Thursday. It will be a little cooler with norhteast breezes. Highs will be near 63. Skies will be cloudy with a few patches of light rain developing over the East. The highest chance of rain will be inland.
Thursday night will have a warm front lifting north through the area. Skies will beak up into partly cloudy conditions. Temperatures will not drop much overnight Thursday night. Lows will be near 57. Friday will be breezy and mild with a chance of showers. Highs will be near 70.
Cooler weather arrives over the weekend.
Join me on WNCT channel 9 as I track all the fronts moving through the East. I'll use Live VIPIR 9 to show the affects of these fronts on our forecast.
