(AP) - Snow in the forecast for Thursday is speeding post-tornado cleanup efforts in southeastern Wisconsin. Twisters in the area destroyed or damaged more than 100 homes.

As one resident of Wheatland puts it, "Once that snow falls, what's not in your house could be gone for a while, maybe forever."

In Indiana, roads are still blocked by water as the Tippecanoe River continues to slowly recede.

The National Weather Service estimated that it could be three days before the river fully retreats.

Seven deathsl are blamed on flooding and tornadoes across the Midwest Monday and Tuesday.

Spokane, Washington, is expected to get heavy snow again Thursday after more than seven inches fell Tuesday and Wednesday.
