FRIDAY MORNING RAINFALL TOTALS through 11am include 0.43" at New Bern, 0.24" at Beaufort, 0.18" at Washington, 0.16" at Greenville, and 0.14" at Jacksonville.
WEEKEND FORECAST DETAILS: For Saturday, expect mostly sunny skies, early temperatures in the 30s and 40s, and afternoon highs mainly in the lower 60s. Dry weather is likely for Sunday as well with afternoon highs mainly low 50s then.
A PEEK INTO NEXT WEEK: Monday will start clear and cold with temperatures in the 20s and 30s. Afternoon temperatures will feature a warming trend with highs likely near 51 Monday, 62 Tuesday, 64 Wednesday, and 66 Thursday. Dry weather is likely for most of the period.
